The original aim was to provide our clients with a high level of personal service whilst at the same time using cutting edge technology to give clients the very best rates and policies available. In 1988 we decided to abbreviate the original Plymouth Insurance Brokers name to PIB and focus our attention on the needs of our Commercial customers, as this was where our primary depth of experience lay.
We reverted to the Plymouth Insurance Brokers name in 2009.
